I haven't had service for the whole day I've tried turning off and on my phone and it's not my location because my family all have service on the network and my membership is also still in date?

Switch off, take the SIM out, gently clean the contacts, reinsert it, switch on and then do a manual scan for networks.
If you can't see and connect to 48 then you may need to contact 48 support for advice.
