I cannot top up or get a membership. After my card details and the transaction is verified by my bank the above error is displayed. This is going on now for a week. A friend used the gift-shop and also got the same error. Used different laptops, browsers and phones. Also, my bank says that no requests came in to my account from 48. Frustrated. Can anyone advise or help.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

Only they will be able to investigate and hopefully fix the problem.

Several chats with agents have ended without resolution.

I got a ticket number 4 days ago stating that I can expect them to look into the issue within 7 days.

Waiting (im)patiantly...

Just fed up with sitting it out.
