Your post was blank @JerryO1352  and your question/issue isn't totally clear from the subject line.

If you have a 48 account that is deactivated then you probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it and explain to you how to get it up and running again, maybe by ordering a replacement SIM:

Otherwise you might need to create a new account using a different email address and order a new SIM.
