Hi Guys,I'm looking to cancel my daughter's membership as she doesn't use the the SIM. I can't remember her log in details.
I have changed banks and cannot add a new payment card. it keeps reading as error. I have tried google chrome, and safari on my laptop and using the mobile app no joy.
I am a customer of 48. I received an email this am telling me my card had expired. I didn’t realise that, I am away in Spain until Saturday, what should I do. It’s a direct debit every month 12.99 is taken from the account.
