This is taking far too long to resolve. You took my money two days ago and I still can't make calls or access the internet. So annoyed.

Its a joke at this stage if u cant buy membershio mine is up trying to buy it last two days using my card wont let me cant even buy an add on for mintues.thinking about changing networks at this stage.people on ur chat is not very helpful about the matter either.

This announcement has just appeared on some pages:

 

Issue with any payments from today has been resolved. Those payments made on 31st October and 01st November are still stuck processing but we should have this resolved shortly. I will update later on this
