I bought the guido membership yesterday and intended to use my phone yesterday.. that did not happen so I would like my money back and a cancellation if my membership. You offer no god **bleep** customer support line or anything so looks like I gotta inform you here?
How is this not resolved yet? Seriously bad service here! Not so much as a small update yet. I have zero Internet and so cannot use my phone at all. This is disgraceful. I have been a memere for over 6 years and I have never once thought about leaving until now. Would rather pay more money for a more stable service and provider.
