This is taking far too long to resolve. You took my money two days ago and I still can't make calls or access the internet. So annoyed.
This announcement has just appeared on some pages:
Issue with any payments from today has been resolved. Those payments made on 31st October and 01st November are still stuck processing but we should have this resolved shortly. I will update later on this
Latest update posted on the site:
Processing Memberships/Add ons and Credit now Resolved. Pending payments begin applied now so bear wit us while we update accounts. 48 Team
