Phone already activated

I've been using my phone the last week and already topped up - I logged into my 48 today and it says sim not activated
I activated it last week

Are services (calls/texts/data) working OK?

Is the problem just with your online account?

Aer you able to check balances, buy stuff online?

Can you post a screenshot of the "SIM not activated" message/screen?
