My son is using a 48sim which I had set to automatically top up on a monthly basis from my credit card. My credit card renewed some time ago and it seems that I didn't upgrade the details online which meant his top up failed. My problem is I'm trying to get into the system to sort this out now but I can't seem to. It recognises my email but only as a previous customer, it doesn't recognize his email address at all, so now I can't remember what I was using as login details. Is there any way to use his mobile number for the system to recognise him
