Phone credit

My son is using a 48sim which I had set to automatically top up on a monthly basis from my credit card. My credit card renewed some time ago and it seems that I didn't upgrade the details online which meant his top up failed. My problem is I'm trying to get into the system to sort this out now but I can't seem to. It recognises my email but only as a previous customer, it doesn't recognize his email address at all, so now I can't remember what I was using as login details. Is there any way to use his mobile number for the system to recognise him

You'll need to know the correct login credentials (email address and password) to login.
If you don't know them then you'll have to contact 48 support.
If you can't login and can't use the chat facility without logging in then you'll have to email them.
