Problem Activating Replacement SIM

mmelulu
Newcomer

Hi,

I'm having problems activating my replacement SIM.

I'm already with 48, but I had to order a different size SIM card.

I typed in my activation code but the message I keep getting on my phone is "SIM not provisioned".

My phone is unlocked so I know that's not the problem.

Do I maybe need to deactivate my old SIM before I can use the new one?

I would really appreciate some help on this.

Are you sure that you ordered and activated a *replacement* SIM and not a *new* SIM?
What make and model of phone is it?
You may need to contact 48 support about this.
See the link in my signature below.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it's definitely a replacement SIM.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017).

Sounds like the SIM isn't activated properly so.
Does the old SIM still work?
You'll probably need to contact 48 support as I suggested above.

Hope this helps.

Yes, the old SIM still works perfectly.

I've placed an order for a new replacement SIM now.

Maybe I waited too long before activating the other one (2 months).

Thank you, I'll try contacting the support team but they don't seem to be available right now.
