SIM deactivated

Hi,

Recently I lost my SIM, so I blocked my old SIM and ordered new one. Though I ordered new SIM more than a month ago, I didn't received my new SIM. As I opted auto debit, money from my account is automatically debited with a SIM card with me. How do I deactivate this auto debit option. I tried to deactivate it in my 48 account in payment details section but currently that option is disabled. Thank you

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about these two issues:

  • Why your replacement SIM never arrived
  • Why the membership auto-renewal option is disabled (this probably gets disabled when you block a SIM when requesting a replacement?)
