Sim not working but money taken from my account

I tried to set up with new sim from my existing vodafone account but encountered problem. Set up payment details from my account and want to cancel this as I have no access

This doesn't really make much sense.

48 has nothing to do with Vodafone.

Maybe you can clarify what you mean.

 

Did you obtain and successfully activate a 48 SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Can you get a connection to the 48 network?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Do you have an active membership listed on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What happens when you try to make a call?
