What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page say anything about any pending membership plans?

Remember that if you buy a new membership plan before the current one has expired then it doesn't start immediately but stacks on your account to kick in when the current membership plan eventually expires.

If you use up membership allowances before the membership has finished then you need to buy add-ons in other to continue using services:
