Hi, I bought the Mitch plan a week ago but I’m going on holidays in a couple of days and I know the guido plan is the only one that works abroad so I bought that too, but now it says that the guido will only kick in in three weeks. Is there any way to activate it now?

Must be something at your end so.

I can see the chat option at the left hand side of that page.

Try a different browser and/or device if possible.
