Top up problem

Hi there,
I topped up a couple of days ago (€15) and wanted to renew my membership today but my 48 says I only have €12 in my account. Why is that?

Most likely you used some services that are charged to your cash credit balance.

E.g. international calls/texts, sending MMS/picture messages, calls to special numbers such as 1850/1890/etc. numbers etc.

If in doubt contact 48 support and they should be able to explain where the €3 cash credit went.
