No there's not.
You need cash credit on your account to pay for outgoing and incoming calls and outgoing texts.
Data will not work while roaming in the USA.
See here for the charges that apply.

Hope this helps.

WhatsApp will only work when you have access to wifi but will obviously be cheaper (free!) compared to making/receiving regular calls and sending regular texts.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Just arrived in Italy with my dual sim unlocked phone. Sim1 is vodafone and sim2 is 48. Both are now roaming on vodafone IT but only sim1 can use data. My sim2 is not able to use data?

Is the APN correct for SIM 2?

Do you have to follow the instructions here for SIM 2?
