Unable to add new payment card

I have changed banks and cannot add a new payment card. it keeps reading as error. I have tried google chrome, and safari on my laptop and using the mobile app no joy.

What do you mean "it keeps reading as error"?

What exactly happens and what is the exact error message?

What kind of card is it?

Is it one of the ones that 48 accepts? 

What payment Cards can I use?  

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard & Laser card. 

We don't accept American Express or Diners Club
