Did anyone else get this email (I got it on 30th November)? The message inside said 'Your membership ran out and you’re not getting your data allowance anymore.' but my membership had just renewed and I still have data. I'm confused!
I tried to set up with new sim from my existing vodafone account but encountered problem. Set up payment details from my account and want to cancel this as I have no access

Hi,I am unable to do an international call (from Ireland to EU number). I topped up 60 minutes next to my plan, it still says "you are out of minutes or not enough credits to make a call" How could I fix it? Thanks
