I’m not able to renew my membership it keeps saying that there is an error and that my membership is not active. How do I renew my membership?

How long do I have to activate a new sim? I still have a plan with my current sim for 2 more weeks, so I am asking if I can wait to activate my sim till then or is there a time frame?
