How do I make 1850 calls

You need cash credit on your account to pay for them.

They are not covered by your membership/add-on landline mins allowances.

They cost 50c per call.

See here under Free/Low Call:

http://www.48months.ie/membership-plans/other-call-charges

Avoid 1890 calls if at all possible as they cost 50c PER MINUTE!

There's often a regular landline number that can be called instead and which is covered by membership/add-on landline mins.

See here:

Hope this helps.

Did that help at all?

Put in €20 on the 1 Oct in my wife phone she is on GUIDO all that is left is €5 81 phone number is 0879420048

She probably bought add-ons or used services that are charged from the cash credit balance:

If in doubt contact 48 support and they should be able to clarify where the cash credit went.

No did 48 make a mistake when taking the money it was for GUIDO at 10 euro amonth

As I said above you need to contact 48 support to clarify what happened here.

Sounds to me like she used services that are charged from cash credit - eg MMS messages, international calls/texts, calls to special numbers such as 1850/1890 numbers etc.

But only 48 support will be able to clarify for sure.

Hope this helps.
