remaining credit

Not applicable

Hi,

I sstill have €3 in credit from when I gave my husband a 48months sim card. I will be getting a company phone soon so I will no longer be needing this number. Is there any way I can transfer the remain credit to my husbandor to deposit it to an account for example ?

thanks

The OP is definitely subject to interpretation...

Gifting on 48 is subject to Voucher or Card payments only...no option whereby credit is transmissible between accounts.

But perhaps I have misinterpreted the OP here...

Ah - my mistake.

Sorry about that!

I guess the only option is, as you mention, to ask 48 support if they can arrange for unused cash credit to be transferred to another account or to be refunded.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Do you mean that you are leaving 48 but your husband is staying with 48?
If so you could use the credit to pay for an add-on or membership for your husband's account using the Gift Shop link at the bottom of the page.

Hope this helps.
