why can i not make calls after i have top up my 48 what wong

i cant make call even after i top up few hours ago. what is wrong

Hi

So you topped up your credit, but do you have active Membership running? If not, you will need to select a membership.

If unsure, check this by logging into my 48 & check your membership start and expiry dates...

Is your Data/internet working, can you send a text, Or recieve incoming calls?

And remember - if you have a current membership in place and have used up allowances then you need add-ons to tide you over until the membership runs its full monthly course and expires.

A new membership will not start until the current one expires.

 

Bought membership - can't call/text
