Did you try the online configurator?
It lists a number of Xperia Z Ultra models:
If that doesn't work then download the Tweakker APN app over wifi and run that to configure your settings:

Hi there, i have the Don membership .
pay up till Aug,9th.
i can not get access to the internet for the last week now,
i have tried changing setting and treakerr as well no help .
it was working great for a few weeks now ..nothing i was not messing around with the phone !
so please help us out .. Thanks

Hi there .. i have 4.88GB Remaining.,,? no issue there..
that is the first thing i thought of.
after looking at some of the post this is a common problem with 48 ?
tried changing APN setting and tried using Tweakker .
for Samsung Galaxy Fame ( Model : GT-S6810P ).
it has just stop working ..can 48 not do something on there side..?

I don't know why it's not working so.
Other than a couple of general network outages (the last one a good while ago) this has never happened to me personally.
You might need to contact support about it:
If it was working before you should not have had to reconfigure the internet settings unless something else changed on your phone that might have affected them (e.g. software update or something like that?).
Is data roaming enabled?
Did you try downloading the Tweakker APN app over wifi and using that to configure your settings?
What are your settings now?
