Troubleshooting steps for roaming: A, B, C and D.

        A. If you have an Android handset:

- Make sure that mobile data and roaming options are enabled on your handset and try to manually select the network (disable auto-selection to scan for available networks.) Then check if the APN settings are properly updated on your phone.
- In in order to enter APN settings, go to Settings> Mobile Network> Access Point Names. Delete the existing APN settings which are already saved on the phone.

- Update the APN settings to the following:

1. Name- 48 Internet
2. APN - 48months.liffeytelecom.com
3. Proxy - Not set
4. Port - Not set
5. Username - user
6. Password - Not set
7. Server - Not set
8. MMSC - http://mmc1/servlets/mms
9. MMS proxy - 10.1.11.19

11. MCC - 272
12. MNC - 11
