Cannot register sim

I can't seem to register my sim, it's telling me my account was deactivated? This is my first 48 month sim and first time I tried registering.

 

I have already emailed support... any advice??

I think you'll have to wait for 48 support to get back to you.

But in the meantime... 

Do you know the 089 number of the new SIM - either from your online account or the packaging that it came in?

If you stick the SIM in and call that number does it work?

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I don't know the number Mate, no. But it's grand for now, I've just popped the sim card from the old provideer in til I get sorted. Thanks for the reply, much appreciated!
