If you want to call people in Dubai from your 48 phone here in Ireland then you need cash credit. €1 per minute.

 

Other call charges

 

If you are in Dubai and want to use your 48 phone then that will not work as 48 don't support roaming in Dubai/UAE. 48 only support roaming in most of the EU, rest of Europe, North America and NZ/Australia.
