I want to leave 48 because my 3G never seems to work so I want to know how I unlock my phone before I can switch network

When you say your 3G doesn't work do you mean data/internet access?

Are your internet settings configured correctly?

Have you contacted 48 support for assistance with this?

 

How to get help

 

Your phone is not locked to 48.

If you decide to leave 48 and go to another operator then you just do it. You don't have to get 48 to do anything.
