How to call a low call number?

biagotti

Okay, I want to call a 1890-number. Since I only have a Guido right now and nothing else I would need to add something more, right? But what exactly do I have to do? Just buy a voucher for top up for 5 €? Or buy a 15 Min. EU-Roaming add on?

What is the next step to be able to call the 1890. It is very important and urgent! Thanks so much for your help in advance!

Yes - exactly.

After you topup your credit balance by voucher or by card online then you can call, say, 1890 and this call will be charged to your cash credit balance at 50c per minute.

To call 1890 numbers you need cash credit in addition to your membership.

1890 calls are not covered by membershio allowances or any add-ons (certainly not the EU roaming calls add-on) but are charged from your cash credit balance at 50c per minute - so they're not low cost from 48 (or most or all other mobile networks):

You should look at this in case there is a cheaper alternative number:

Note that 1800 numbers are free anf 1850 numbers are 50c PER CALL.

Hope this helps

SOrry, that doesn't help. There is no alternative number on saynoto1890 for the number I have to call. So how does the top up work? WHat do I need to do?

Hi!

First of all thanks for your reply! It helped a bit, yes. But still, just a quick question: I buy a top on voucher for lets say 5 euro, top it on by for example calling the number on the voucher and then I should be able to call the low cost number right after that? Is that correct?
