I rang an 087 number yesterday and got the message ' you are not allowed call this number' I have masses of credit and would like to know why this happened -I had an alternative means of contact- otherwise I was in trouble!! The other person was in Ireland so it was not to do with foreign calls Tks Justin

What network are they on? (I know that 087 is originally Vodafone but the number could have been ported to another network since).

Can you call anybody else on the same network?

 

I think you need to contact 48 support to get this sorted.

This problem of not being able to call specific users or networks crops up from time to time but I don't know why.

It needs 48 support to intervene to fix it.
