After updating my phone to the new iOS settings the option for personal hotspot is not in its usual place. I figured out where it is, but not it says contact carrier. ??

I'm glad I don't use an iPhone - they seem to be awful hassle for stuff like this, when roaming abroad, when getting up and running on a virtual network such as 48 etc... Man Frustrated
