can't ring 1580 numbers

Why won't my phone ring1580 numbers since i changed to 48.

Unfortunately not in this case.

As I said 48 simply don't allow texts to be sent to 5XXXX numbers at all.

There is no add-on for this and having cash credit won't help in this case.

They simply don't allow it.

You need cash credit on your account.

Nothing to do with your text allowance.

48 simply don't allow texts to be sent to "Premium" SMS (PSMS) 5XXXX numbers at all.

Hi, many thanks for your reply. I am srill geting used to 48, so if I wish to text to a number that 48 does not allow from my Plan, can I buy cash credit and send that way? I like to text radio programmes at times to comment.
