What do you mean?

If so then that's yet another iPhone problem (Apple seem to make it as difficult as possible to use iPhones in my experience!).

If not then please post a screenshot of your settings page where you would expect to see the option to configure the APN/internet settings.

How do I send a screenshot? There's no button to add a picture. The iPhone SE simply does not have an APN button. And the settings I was sent when I put in the sim couldn't be downloaded

Did you try the links that I posted above?

Sounds like it's yet another stupid iPhone thing that you cannot configure your internet/APN settings directly.

You may need to get onto Apple about that as it's not a carrier/48 issue.

By the way when you (re)insert a 48 SIM you always get the "uh oh - we couldn't send settings ..." message and it never works anyway - at least it has never worked for me on about ten different phones so I don't think that it works at all. So that problem is not specific to your situation here.
