Hi musky

Thesouptheif (Another 48'er) found success configuring their Nexus 5 by adding the details manually with some alterations.

Did you try it?

The full APN is listed click on the link on the top of my post... after input, power off - then on, & ensure data roaming is enabled

As you will see you will not have MMS...but, small price to pay for Internet!

Try the steps here:

The LG Nexus 5 (D820 and D821 models) is supported by the online configurator so that should work.

Hope this helps.

Hi again

Glad you're sorted!

What's the 02 Signal like generally where your at?

I have a Nexus 7 Tab myself...Great Toy!

Anyhow - it's common on 02 to have H+ outdoors...then E indoors.

There's varying opinion on toggling between 2G & 3G with regard to Signal... personally I believe leaving it on Auto & let the handset pull in whatever is being pushed by the local area Mast...

But that's just me...

You can check comreg online to see how far the nearest 02 mast is from your home.

Ultimately, the closer you are to the Mast the better signal you'll recieve.
