Hey ive paid for my membership twice and only got it once. Can i please gets refunded

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

Both "current membership" and "next membership(s)" if applicable?

What does your My History link say about recent payments/purchases?

Chances are that if you paid twice for membership then you have two memberships on your account - e.g. current and next or current and two next memberships queued up.

Post back with details of what it says on your account.
