I'm trying to put credit on my account but it keeps saying I can't due to "security limitations". What does that mean and what do I do?

Not sure but maybe 48 requires 3D Secure/Verified by VISA verification of transactions and you don't have this enabled on your card?

Did the card ever work for payments on 48 or any other online outlet?

You might need to contact your bank to ask them if it's a problem at their end.

And/or contact 48 support to see what they say.
