re no landline calls after topping up

my husband topped up yesterday and has mobile calls since but no landline calls

What does his online account say about his membership status (current and next if applicable), current membership expiry date and landline calls allowance balance?

It's not clear if you mean he topped up (his credit balance) or he bought a new membership or he bought a landline calls add-on - many people confuse these and use the term "topped up" for all of them.

So please clarify the above details and then what exactly he bought.

 

Remember that if you use up membership bundled allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons to give more allowances.

 

Add-ons

 

In this situation buying a new membership will not help. The new membership will stack to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires. Until then the new membership allowances are not available. All memberships always run their full monthly course and buying a new membership does not prematurely terminate a current one.
