i was wondering is there anyway to cancel my paid membership to my next one instead of waiting for it to expire

You mean terminate your current membership so that you can skip onto the next one that is queued?

Or cancel the queued one which you pre-purchased and get a refund?

 

In both cases there is not way to do this via your online account and I don't think that 48 allow for this. But you could log a support query to ask 48 if they can do anything:

If you need additional services available on your queued membership that are not included in your current one then you can probably buy a suitable add-on to give you the required services to tide you over for the remainder of your current monthly membership period:

 

http://48months.ie/boiler-plate/add-on-rules
