i topped up yesterday by 10euro and its not working i topped up again today by 10 euro and still not working.

Welcome to 48 & the community forum!
You mentioned topping up yesterday...
But you have only registered today...
This could be one reason you have problem's.
First - can you check you have purchased membership -(the Guido membership €10)
You need live membership to be able to use the network.
Check your 'My 48' membership page, it should show the 2 installment's on your balance.
From there, select the membership you require.
It will then display on the page when your membership begin's/expire's.
Then, (with Data Roaming enabled) see if you can call/text/use Internet.
Can you post back after these check's?

Sounds like you topped up but did not buy membership?
What does your online account say about your credit balance (€30?) and your membership status/expiry date (none?)?
Remember that topping up is not the same as buying membership and you still have to do the latter after doing the former.

Hi vonny
So can you tell us what happens when you try to use your handset... (example, say you get an Error message - no signal)
Have you Data Roaming activated? This is required to use 48 as a carrier.
Can you check your my 48 membership page and see your membership status... (start date/expiry)
Can you post back your finding's & we can advise you further!
