What networks do you see when you manually scan for networks?

If you see 48 (or O2 if 48 not listed) then manually connect to that.

Do you need to disable roaming profile (i.e. the opposite to this)?

If that doesn't help then contact 48 support for assistance:

Hope this helps.

What version of iOS are you using?

Have you tried just switching the phone off and on again or toggling airplane mode on and then off?

Hope this helps.

This link might also help?

Substitute 48 (or O2 if 48 is not listed) for "iinet":

Hope this helps.
