I bought the mitch for 15€ and I want to activate my membership now,and my old membership will expire on the 23/11/15 and i need my internet now.thanks

You can't do that.
Memberships always last a month from the start date.
If you have used up your data allowance then you need to buy a data add-on to use data services again.
