I bought an internet add on as my 3G had ran out before my membership , last night my membership ran out and they took my add on with it when it clearly states that the add in won't run out until the end if the month or unless you use it. How do I get back my add on

Hi Danielle

You always need membership with 48.  If you don't have a membership nothing works.

If you buy another membership now your 1GB add on will re-appear.  Whatever you had remaining of the 1GB add on will be added to your new membership allowance.

"To use an Add-on you must have an active Monthly Membership."
