Adverts.ie changing 'success fee' to mobile phones

Adverts.ie are now charging a 'success fee' when you sell something above a certain value on their website.  The charge (€1-€3) can be charged against your mobile phone or against a debit card.

Their FAQ is here: http://www.adverts.ie/help/success-fees-faq

Assuming we have credit on our 48 account, can Adverts.ie (and other companies for that matter) place a charge of a few euro against our mobile phones?  Is the 48 infrastructure set up for this sort of thing?

Thanks in advance 🙂

I would assume that 48 would not be able to support this because 48 currently do not support premium rate text messages.
