I cannot get the settings, have tried for hours. What are the settings specific to a Bush android phone?

Me neither.
Internet still doesnt work on Bush Spira.
In 'Preferred networks' its defaulted to 02-IRL
If I click on 'new PLM' it requests a 'Network ID'
What ID do I put?

I've never seen configuration options for "Preferred networks" or "new PLM" under the APN/internet configuration options on any phone before. Can you post screenshots?

The only place that I've ever seen PLMN configuration options is in some engineering mode apps or mode.

The Argos help for this phone isn't much use...

Just saw somewhere else that the PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network) is the MCC (Mobile Country Code) followed by the MNC (Mobile Network Code):

http://www.3glteinfo.com/mobile-country-code-mcc-and-mobile-network-code-mnc/

So for 48 that'd be 27211.

But as I said I've never seen any phone that required an PLMN to be entered and normally they know the MCC/MNC automatically and these cannot be changed so if it's asking you to configure these something seems very odd...

Did you buy the phone from Argos? Ireland? If so you should contact them for support on how to configure it perhaps?

Hope this helps.
