Buying Membership - Credit Card not valid!!??

Trying to buy membership for a new set up but no matter what card details I enter I keep getting "Card Details not valid" - I have also gone to the gift shop to try that way but same thing happens - HELP!!!

I am having the same problem. Have tried visa and laser. Neither works

mine still not working

You should log a support request to get 48 to look into this for you so.

In the meantime you could topup by voucher and then buy membership/add-ons by text or through your online account as mentioned earlier,

For what it's worth I did a card payment (topup) earlier today using the card details stored on my account and it went through fine.
