Can't buy minutes

Hi there, i'm having difficulty topping up my phone with minutes since yesterday, error message comes up saying can't process your order. Tried a few different cards and none worked. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks, Lisa

There are other problems with cards on the site at the moment:

but your problem sounds different and I haven't heard anything similar reported recently.
