I brought credit today and the credit isn't working please help

What exactly did you buy? Cash credit, membership, add-on?

What exactly did you do?

What does your My History page say about recent purchases/payments?

What exactly is not working?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Does it list a current and a next membership?

Have you used up allowances on your current membership? If so then you may need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month. A new membership will not start immediately - only when the current one has expired.

I brought a voucher for €20 and rang 1740 and entered the number in and it said the voucher number had expired.

Are you sure that you entered the voucher number correctly?

Did you try again?

Did you try redeeming the voucher online via your online account?

I've seen cases in the past where the voucher code did not work and 48 support had to intervene to address the problem so maybe this is another case of the same thing?
