Hi, I have an HTC one S, have been proving all configuration and have followed all the steps to create the APN, but the data are still not working. You could help me?

Try all of the steps outlined here (not specific to Samsung Galaxy phones in spite of the link name):

I'm assuming that you already have a data allowance as part of your membership or data add-on.
