I've moved network but I don't have my old 48sim to get the sim password to change it. I've received the code from my new network just waiting on this code.

You need to talk to the new network about this.

I don't think that 48 can do anything about it if you don't have your old 48 SIM.

But contact 48 support just in case they can advise you:
