I tried to port to the 3 Network but they have come back and told me that 48 are blocking my port - can you explain why I cannot port over please?

As 48 is solely a prepay service, there would be no reason for them to delay or halt you from moving to another network.
I believe the porting process occurs within a particular time slot.
(1000hrs - 1600hrs on a Saturday)
When did you begin the porting process?
